About Mucuripe
Fishing life at the end of the promenade
Mucuripe lies at the eastern end of the central seafront and feels very different from Meireles or Iracema. It is quieter, with the lighthouse of Fortaleza and traditional wooden fishing boats (jangadas) that still go out every day.
